Shaken in Schools feedback form

Thank you for inviting us into your school and allowing us time with your pupils. We in Big House hope that Shaken has been a positive experience for them and you as a school.

As part of our commitment to providing as helpful, and effective, Pastoral Support as we can, I would appreciate it if you could take a little time to fill out this feedback form for me.
